To seek an opinion, or not to seek an opinion? And what do people think? And to see how much I learn from this thread.
1. One reason we are taking a hard line on Iraq and not N. Korea is that Saddam has demonstrated a willingness ot use weapons of mass destruction(or W.O.M.D.), but all Korea is doing is making nukes. Comments?
2. chain of events: wars in th eMiddle East threaten the flow of oil from there. We send in troops to stop the fighting adn ensure the supply of oil. Some people don't like this, and from this you get the terrorist organizations, which has its own chain of events that I won't go into. Also provides Saddam with money to spend on W.O.M.D. Solution: When there is no more oil, we will leave, and Saddam's funding will dry up. some say this will happen in about thirty years(see earth science). OR we can introduce a renewable energy source early, achieving the same affect. Comments?
