I was going through some profiles when I noticed I could give infractions! thats not right is it??? are mods the only ones that can hand out infractions???

anyway, I gave Kiwi123 a fat fucking infraction (Happy New Year!) for no reason, was just checking if it would work.

this is called infraction abuse, it could result in you being banned.
what will most likely happen is the infraction will be reversed and you'll get a PM.

Okay, I found it. If you get infractions, an infraction's column appears in your profile, otherwise there's no indication that such a thing exists. It's also nice to see who's bestowing infractions: a means to glean who the bores are. So far SkinWalker is one of 'em. No surprise there.
