What do you mean? Are there micro-fungi? You know the actual mushrooms are just the fruiting body of the organism, the real "body" is the mycilial network under the ground. I find it fascinating, too, especially the psylocybes. ;)

Macrofungi= those that form fruit bodies. Other groups include rusts, smuts, molds, lichens.
