so i'm having a full on stress reaction without a reason to be stressed, that i'm aware of

is it a bad idea to give blood while you're stressed?

Had the same thing happen to me. After 2-3 days, it stopped.

I think the mere act of giving blood stresses most people out. Just try not to smoke too much crack before you go! Wouldn't want to have some kid high with your blood.

Maybe you are not drinking enough water... I find that when I stop drinking as much and consume caffeine (dehydrates).. some of my body parts will twitch like my side or something. I think this is because there is not enough water to mix with the salt in my body to conduct electricity at a constant rate... so parts of my body act like a capacitor (they store electrical energy and then release it all in one single burst)
