.mov codec

    Greetings all,

    I'm trying to find a codec for .mov files so that I can watch them via Windows Media Player. I've searched to no avail so far. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I don't think that is possible. Those are Quicktime files. But there is a free alternative to Apple's Quicktime player.
    Go to http://home.hccnet.nl/h.edskes/mirror.htm , and get Quicktime Alternative.

    You should get Media Player Classic, often bundled with K++ codec pack.

    In fact, why don't you just get the codec pack since all your troubles will then be solved.

    on windows i used MP Classic to, it plays just about anything you can even get a realplay plugin
