You need to see them under a microscope

Seems a little unlikely... ?

I forget the name of the process where they can make tiny things, but I know it's possible. Using machines though, not manually.

It takes the guy 4 months to do the Lloyds TSB building, but how?

The site has no info.

I'm puzzled. Help me, tab :D

Incredible stuff if it is real and all done by hand though.

Amazing, sure, but pointless and stupid, if you ask me.
I know "art" is entirely subjective, but in my subjective opinion, this isn't art - it's a silly stunt.
They aren't beautiful at all - he just did them to say he did.

To each his own, I suppose, but it seems ridiculous to me.

By the way, I can see the eye of a needle without a microscope.

He is the creator of the world's smallest sculptures, often taking months to complete one, working between heartbeats to avoid hand tremors. Wigan uses a tiny surgical blade to carve his microscopic figures out of rice, grains of sand and sugar, which are then mounted on pinheads. His sculptures have included a Santa Claus and a copy of the Football World Cup trophy, both about 0.005mm (0.0002in) tall, and a boxing ring with Muhammad Ali figure which fits onto the head of a match.

Unbelievable.

He uses grains of rice and sugar, he sculpts in between heartbeats to avoid hand tremors, he paints them with an eyelash, he just sold a collection for...11 million pounds!!!

Not nearly so incredible as these works of art, but in a shop in Seattle, you can still read the Lord's Prayer on a grain of rice. It's pretty script, as I recall.
