Happy New Year!
It's in the Cesspool. Generally, if I move a thread: • The link in the original subforum remains active for three days. • The link contained in the Action Notes thread for the original subforum remains active in perpetuity, as the thread url doesn't actually change. • If no destination is included with the redirect note in the Action Notes, you can reasonably presume the thread has been moved to the Cesspool.
Captain, my messages didn't advertise products, they didn't throw insults left and right, and I didn't leave the same message on multiple boards, so I'm not in any danger of being banned, so I can continue posting whatever I want, within the limitations of the administrators. I'm not going to register duplicate logon names. I don't need to if I'm not submitting anything that could ban me. I actually agree with you about the lightning-capacitor thread. It was quickly becoming less of a discussion about lightning and more about a search for my patent details, so I'll be OK if that thread stays closed. By the way, my e-mail mailbox received a request from someone with your name to be a "friend". I accepted this request. If this was you, please put the word "beagle" in the subject line so I'll know you sent the message. I'll be glad to tell you a bit more about my ideas regarding lightning and capacitors, but I will have to draw the line eventually. Benny
Hi Benny. I suppose you are a bit annoyed over your thread being closed. Probably Trippy is waiting to see if there are any protests at closing it. I thought about asking him to keep it open, but in all honesty it has run its length I think. Why not post on a few other threads. Or even better, adopt a new persona, and come back, avoiding lightning based posts. Anyway. Nice knowing you.
All aboard, me Hearties!
