Skaught: Hope all is getting better re: your uncle passing.

I just found out this am that a nephew of mine passed away at age 16 years. Got a viral infection and was hospitalized on Fri. His kidneys shut down. He appeared to get better the following day, but suddenly died that pm. Go figure! Sometimes things are not fathomable, eh?

I was asking in there if anyone thought I'd get banned for it. It wouldn't be the end of the world to get banned for it, but this has to be the juiciest piece of info I've fed on in years. Think I'll get banned for it?

What the fuck? Who the hell closed it and why???? Aren't these people required to give an explanation before closing?

I agree. It seems that in the 6+ months that I was away, I noticed upon my return that there were a lot more theists, extremist theists, that have been creating threads left and right claiming that they can prove God's existence or can prove that atheism is false. The simple truth is, no one can prove either way, regardless of their own belief.

I am in full support of banning the god-provers. It's not only a waste of space, but severely aggravating when you have religious extremists creating threads, trying to prove the non-provable. And furthermore, it personally pisses me off when, as I've stated in a number of my previous posts, when people take religious BELIEFS as FACTS (facts without evidence). BAN THEM ALL! :)

      Hi Scott,
I have to assume that you have arguments to back up your misanthropy. If so, why discard them because you know you happen to see things in a negative light?
If you have depression perhaps you have a tendency to see your own views in a negative light. I mean, if your arguments are valid your depression is of no relevance to your views of humanity other than making you think they are not valid because they are coming from you.
Are you alright, by the way? I didn't know you had depression.

Can we both agree that it's probably the elusive chupacabra? Somehow that fits in to the picture. I just KNOW it!

The lunch was good, although it was not as authentic as I wished. Plus, its so darn hot and humid right now that its purgatory to be in the kitchen!!!
