Bentham, Locke, Rawls, Nozick and many others important thinkers and their theories are presented in an intriguing format which encourages critical thinking.

This is one of those unanswerable questions.Thought put into answering this question is basically wasted. Wasting thoughts can be fun but it is more fun to use thought to try solve existing problems is it not?
Even as a "thought experiment" this lacks sufficient parameters and variables in it's design to ever lead to any productive theories.
Is this a time when we should be wasting precious intellectual effort on pointless questions?
There is a better chance of answering whether Nero actually [I]was[/I] fiddling while Rome burned, than of answering this.

I like your question about World government it is a "one" (as in 21st Century)but the 10k ? is "zero" (as in 20th Century and before). 1=keep it 0=toss it
