I have no much suggestion, only I think that you have to try to communicate everything well with your wife (try to understand her point of view, and try to explain her well what bothers your mind and how you both can solve it), have a lot of patience (it really is a virtue), and give the rest to Allah. ABout job, maybe it's a side effect of problem with wife? As I said, I really have no idea, but I wish you best luck. I am off for few weeks, cheers!
