    I just wanted to let you know...
    The reason you see a "+" after a persons name, is because they are either on your friends list, or on your contacts list. If you send anyone a "friends" invite, they are automatically on your contacts list. (Hope this helps) BTW...Welcome to SciForums. :-)

    Hey man, have you considered using resistance bands?

    I have ankle resistance bands and sprinting bands, and they really helped me (IMHO, resistance bands are so much better then free weights of the same weight, more toning and more muscle recruitment at its peak). I just tie the sprinting band up to a post and when I do ladders I put on the ankle bands and they help me keep my feet together and help train my feet faster. For sprinting bands, I usually sprint in V's to help me learn to cut faster.
