It's me again. Here are the scraps I pulled out of the first installment to get below the word-count limit.

A moderator has endorsed a troll's rebuttal of my contribution. Neither of them seemed to believe that a request for ideas should prompt response with ideas. My enthusiasm for the subject brought me down. Since then, the troll has directed me to the fringe section.

(first message was in here. 1000 word limit.)

Since I do not know of any theories that authorized scientists have presented to explain why the central bar, then I could not have realized that a troll and moderator would call my theory an alternative hypothesis. Alternative to what?

Finding a moderator what thinks that a bunch of malicious slurs from origin justifiably pokes holes into my wild guesses, I PM you to avoid an environment in which I can no longer function.

I question why you have suggested that the central bar would require speedup of its components. It seems to me that once matter reaches the bulge, it turns away from its orbit and begins heading directly toward the black hole. Given perhaps several light years in diameter, what we see (in other galaxies) looks like a pretty sharp turn.

Assuming a galactic electric field pointing inward, it is technically valid to presume migration of positive charges to the center of a galaxy. The first proton would find dead center. When the second proton got there, they would back each other off perhaps rotating around the center. Eventually, I think that all of those charged particles would be repelling each other out to where they would describe a hollow ball.

I spoke on a subject that I have been studying since I was 73.
