I forgot to include (3) I.e. in what are the results of all the calculation stored after last time step until implemented to make state of the universe in the next time step?
Thanks for the link. I read it, but think theory Digital Reality is suggesting is nonsense. He states: "3) MOTION in a digital universe is done in DISCRETE STEPS. Each step is implemented by a series of calculations. Within each of these series of calculations, each DQ in the list is considered for "re-positioning". Considerations ONLY include the current state of the DQ being considered as it relates to all of the others in the list. After all of the next positions are calculated, the entire universe all moves at once into the next step. " {for those who have not read it DQ is Digital Quarks.} Nonsense as (1) there needs to be a computer to do his calculations and even if it is somehow virtual, it can not also compute it own processing - Soon you are in the infinite regress trap. And (2) Last time I looked there were particles not made of DQs, (electrons, postons, neutrinos, in three flavors, etc.)
Hello Dave! Well well. Welcome to sciforums. My only word of advice is to back up any claims you make here or you'll have problems (I seem to remember you having some pretty far-out theories!). one trick is to couch it as a question! But the mods here are really ok, I know them well enough, they don't over-moderate like some I could mention... Shit man, what a surprise!
