Of course, Nick, about mentoring, but you do seem to know much of the basics, which is what counts, and especially being in school keeps them fresh. Wish I could remember all that I knew in college, which certainly helped me move up fast in the Army when was drafted in '71, even into the DIA, but now we have Google, and so I don't have to remember what I forgot. SciForum is my newest school of learning. Some sharp people here.
I worked at IBM for 31 years as a programmer, then retired at 53, began a new family with a wonderful lady of 38 who had three children, kept on writing stories an poem, did some compositional Photoshop kind of art, posted at ToeQuest for a few years beginning in 2007, a place that is too slow now, came to SciFormum a few months ago, since it seems to be a well rounded place. Am now 63, but don't really look it or feel it. I play a lot of tennis and bridge. Made some books and put them on Amazon via createspace.com, so sometimes I draw from them to put here when a suitable occasion arises. — Austin P. Torney
