I find it interesting, funny, and quite cool, that a (I think?) hetero (and if wrong about that, oops, sorry!) is the biggest defender of gayness here...

To start with the middle, take it up with the administration. For the entire time that this board has had moderators, we have failed to suppress profanity, just like we've failed to suppress stupidity.

As to Prager's article and premise, you'll have to do better than simply insisting. Don't spam the board; perhaps then your threads will stay open longer. But Genovese (or Bystander) Syndrome only affirms that humans are ignorant and frightened, or else exposes a flaw in cultural logic. Milgram's experiments are certainly interesting, but not so simplistic as you have framed them.

I also find it ironic that you support the premise of the human lack of goodness while advocating evil.

That is emphatically NOT Dennis Prager's premise. You cannot begin with a false premise and reach any valid conclusion based thereon.

Moreover, I find it very offensive to be exposed to the ignorant profanity you permit to remain on your message board. That you elect to retain it only increases the offensiveness.

The Genovese Syndrome stands in stark confirmation of Prager's thesis, that man is not good. Experiments have confirmed this, where adults are willing to torture and electrocute others when ordered to do so.
