I had a discussion on the history of masturbation with some real scientists the other day and one launched the hypothesis that the western aversion towards masturbation only really took off with a scientific discovery.

That is the discovery of the Homunculus or animalcules by Nicolas Hartsoeker in 1694. A little but otherwise perfect preformed man/woman is present in the sperm of men. This just grows bigger into a child and later an adult.

I have another theory: avoid masturbation as possible (without exageration). When you masturbate you become less energetic after that. You have an orgasm and then you feel "ahhhh". Some guys masturbate before going to a date (for example, they know that at night they will be with a given girl with a great body) and in order to realease the sexual tension on the meeting, they masturbate.

Wrong. They shouldnt do that. They should keep that "energy" or sexual famine and control it in a positive way. If they masturbate they wil feel less sexual arousment and will act with a lesser positive power. If they dont masturbate they will become seductive because they have that power and urge to do something.
