in human terms how powerful of a laser (mw)would be needed to cut the throught vitreous chemical composition glass how does amorpheous compositions react to high frequency wavelengths around these parts
and also have any human abserved the affects liquid nitrogen has on this vitreous chemical composition glass

Do you mean to cut the glass as in maniupulate its shape or penetrate the glass as is pass through?

If it is the former and you wish to cut glass with a laser I believe it is either impossible or will require extreme power due to the fact the majority of the laser beam will pass right through unaffected.
Although if you were to paint an opaque dot on the glass I suspect it would be possible.

I hope this helps but I feel your question could be elaborated or possibly rephrased.
