i don't like it. i'm using one right now and it's annoying. the mouse just seems to do whatever it wants to do. anyone notice that? it's as if i'm always having to redo or reclick everything which is a hassle.

windows is just a lot more logical and even intuitive. i see nothing intuitive about the mac. crap.

Are you using a USB or wireless mouse?

Have you checked for system updates lately?

I have an iMac and there was a period that I had a similar issue.doesn't seem to be a problem any longer. I think the issue is related to the optical mouse and/or an intermittent wireless signal sampling.

Currently my only issues involve recharging the mouse batteries. But the iMac tells me when the time is growing near.

Check for system updates. Apple has been good about keeping up with bug fixes. Unless your iMac is old enough to be based on the old RISC processors. They are no longer supported by Apple. But that would be an old Mac.
