    if anyone knows about computers, i need to get a new vid card for my laptop, is there any way that i can? its a toshiba satellite 1905.

    if u dont have warranty on it... dont bother fixing it... the parts+installation is painfully costly... call up toshiba...

    I don't know about this particular model, but in general, replacing the video on a laptop is prohibitivly expensive if it's even possible.

    ATI's new chipsets will allow for more easy replacement/upgrading of laptop video parts, but for current machines, it's almost always better to send the machine to the manufacturer to be repaired.
