human evolution

I would like to make a thread on human evolution, but I refrain myself from doing so because it will be confiscated by people with an ideological objective. (basically any biological topic has the potential to eventually end up as a propaganda front of ideology)

It's a shame it is impossible to discuss scientific topics. It's not a criticism of the site administration; I think it goes much deeper than this. It is a criticism on our society.

In our society there is no need to discuss science. There is a humungous need to propagate ideology and opinion.

Obviously science discussion consist out of opinion too, however, there is a qualitative difference. A scientific opinion is backed op by logic, past research, critical analysis, and logical projection.

I know it is too much to ask for normal people to be trained scientists, but is it also too much to ask to stick to some sort of standard where everybody can enjoy a thread, where there is no fear of starting a thread because it will turn into a turd eventually, where interesting ideas will pop up that might change your world views.

I would like to bring to attention the close relation of human evolution with the evolution of artificial intelligence created by humans...

please notice that human evolution ultimately will blend in with AI evolution in the future.

rocks evolve, an old rusty car door evolves but organisms do not. unless you know something you are not telling us. there is no evidence, there is just no evidence. the most simplistic organism is just the same as it was when it saw the light of day.

If you had paid attention; the issue is not derailing threads. The issue is derailing threads with a scientific topic with the aim to promote or spew ideological propaganda.

 

I'll introduce whatever issues I want to this thread thank you very much. Anyway your bug bear is happening right here right now on a thread up there ^^^ about origins of the universe and it tees me off.

 

there is a difference to introducing issues and using false arguments.
