Every top lab in biology is hiring more and more chinese researchers, because they are willing to work long and hard and do not complain.

And the play the game better. i had a chinese colleague whose sole purpose was backstabbing and self-interest leading to her dominating the resources of the lab, withholding data and material, and stealing other people's ideas.

We are just too nice. Apparently you can't be that in china with 1.3 billion other chinese.

That said, in the next lab I went I actually met a nice chinese guy.
