how do i set default file associations with regedit?

    ok, a long time back i did it.i just can't remember how i did it.can somebody help?

    what happened is that a guy came,loaded adobe photoshop and then dissapeared.i can't contact him.i am unable to unistall the photoshop.it was giving error messages.so i deleted it.


    But i found that a wide range of file types is still defaultly associated with photoshop.how do i change the file associtions.i have the list of file types affected .now how do i alter the associations and make it as it was before?

    Start 'My Computer'. Click Tools > Folder Options > File Types, and edit them there.
