The link below sums up the Enron mentality which has leached its way into the markets. It warns us that there are a lot more rotten apples in the stock market barrel.

It seems like hardly a week goes by that I don't read about some brokerage firm being given a slap on the hand fine for illegal actions.

This week it is the hedge fund , mutual fund scandal, whereby certain favored funds were allowed special priviledges like trading "after hours". Will it ever end? Is the free market really free? Most retirement funds are invested in mutual funds, if one fund is given an advantage over another a lot of ordinary people are going to lose big time.

If there is no honesty left in America then we are our own worst enemy.

You know what a neoconservative fundmanager would say to the poor investors ?

"....You should have bought airco before we turned up the heat"

Perhaps JusticeUSA is projecting.

At the rate that wealth is being stolen from the investments of the American working class and pumped into the pockets of the priviledged few, there is nothing to project except a dramatic decline in the possibility that the average person will be ever have a secure retirement income.

Should I project that something positve will come from dishonesty in the markets??
