ok i have herd there is a big problem with obesity in the US in paticula (no this is not anti american) and u guys like ur steaks good so why do u eat marbled beef for christ sake if u get australian beef all the fat is on the OUTSIDE and a quick slice makes it very lean in ur beef its all in the middle (cause ur cows r fat) why do u buy it like that?
