I think you will find fun is to be avoided according to the bible..such a pity you dont read the bible and pay 10% and more to be a cult member...I bet that is no fun.

What about your op...you seem to have given up and now presumably accept that you have been horribly wrong and now not only feeling silly for having been so silly but also no doubt twisted with guilt after recognition that you have been most dishonest in your approach here and acting in a manner opposite to the teachings laid down by the Romans for good citizenship as they set out in what you call the new testament.

Here is Richard Sternberg’s own website account of the Character Assassinations and Slander he experienced for merely publishing a peer reviewed article on Intelligent Design.

    Smithsonian Controversy

Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!

“In 2004, in my capacity as editor of The Proceedings of the Biological Society of Washington, I authorized “The Origin of Biological Information and the Higher Taxonomic Categories” by Dr. Stephen Meyer to be published in the journal after passing peer-review. Because Dr. Meyer’s article presented scientific evidence for intelligent design in biology, I faced retaliation, defamation, harassment, and a hostile work environment at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of Natural History that was designed to force me out as a Research Associate there. These actions were taken by federal government employees acting in concert with an outside advocacy group, the National Center for Science Education. Efforts were also made to get me fired from my job as a staff scientist at the National Center for Biotechnology Information. Subsequently, there were two federal investigations of my mistreatment, one by the U.S. Office of Special Counsel in 2005 , and the other by subcommittee staff of the U.S. House Committee on Government Reform in 2006. Both investigations unearthed clear evidence that my rights had been repeatedly violated. Because there has been so much misinformation spread about what actually happened to me, I have decided to make available the relevant documents here for those who would like to know the truth.”

His website provides the evidence, which proves his rights were violated.

Sadly, Scientists are using Totalitarian Control Measures, unfounded Character Assassinations, and Abuse to prop up the Theory of Evolution.

    Just as I Claimed Earlier...
    Claim: Validated!

Sounds like a man totally wrapped up in his own importance and paranoid.

    Man up you sook.

If you want to support rat bag nonsense and claim someone is doing science because they published in a discredited rag pretending to be a science journal then be prepared for such treatment.

Seti...what was the name of the publication that led to peer review and who established that publication...Let us look at this publication claim in detail...I know what we will find and I bet you also know...dishonesty is stupid, folk who lie are stupid.

ID is not science and no lie or bullshit publication will make it science.

All this nonsense is just part of the con job you find yourself the victim of...and your boys...shame on you to set the example that dishonesty is somehow clever. Shame that you have not read the bible.

The only rights that need protecting in this case are those that entitles him to recieve professional medical care in a place that specialises in treatement of those suffering from severe delusion...maybe you could seek help in such a place.

I love your sense of humour.

Has anything you have been told got thru ...consider the falsification requirement.

Your nonsense ID is dead in one blow..pick up the pieces and realise it is dead and gone and never more than an incomplete hypothisis...which means it was always less than a bad idea.

You wouldn't know whether or not he had evidence. Even if he did, you wouldn't know it was evidence and you wouldn't know how it applied to evolution because you don't know anything about that either. Basic science eludes you.

Like a petulant child, you went out and found a guy who got his ass kicked for trying to push creationism as science and now you're pretending you were right all along. Shameless.

    You are once again misled.

The issue with Sternberg was not that he published a peer-reviewed article on intelligent design. The issue is that Sternberg committed fraud.

In 2003 Sternberg resigned as editor for the Proceedings of the Biological Society of Washington, a biology journal. Stephen Meyer then submitted an article, an article he had discussed several times with Sternberg before submission. Normally the editor selects three to six independent (note that word) peer reviewers, reviewers who are experts in their respective fields, and they determine the validity of the paper. In this case Sternberg selected:
    Richard Sternberg

to be the peer reviewer. THAT is what he got grief about - fraudulently publishing an article that he had worked with Meyer on and claiming it had been peer reviewed, when in fact the only person who had looked at it was himself - and he was far from independent since Meyer had worked with him on it. He later claimed that three other people had reviewed it but was unable to identify them. Afterwards he was not "forced out" - he had resigned before the issue even came out.

So I will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you were misled by an accomplished fraudster.

Oh dear..fraud was the issue...one could think if ID had any legs we would not need lies and fraud to get it out there...Seti come clean please...are you a liar or the victim of a con job.

Earlier I made the Claim that Natural Selection actually causes extinction over time.

Here is a bit of evidence for that, for your review.

    https://www.cnn.com/2020/02/11/world/woolly-mammoth-mutations-scn/index.html

And this is why Macro Evolution is Impossible.

Harmful Mutations eventually corrupt the genetic code of a Species over long periods of time. The same thing is happening to the human race right now.

Natural Selection has absolutely no “Intelligent” Selection Mechanisms associated with it. None!

It is Un-Intelligent Design Theory or, UID.

Once again, you posted an article without understanding it. As usual.

Welcome back from your break! You are absolutely right. Natural selection not only causes the deaths of individuals (thus pruning the gene pool) it results in extinctions over time. Over 99% of all species that ever existed have gone extinct. (Which is good news for us since that gave us the chance to evolve into apex predators.)
    That's what makes it POSSIBLE.
Nope. Harmful mutations die out because of natural selection.
Again, no. We are evolving to be more successful reproducers. One thing that means is that we are evolving to be too stupid to understand birth control. That is an advantage - from an evolutionary perspective.

    Dude. No one is disagreeing.
    Extinction is part of evolution.
    It's what makes it possible.

    "corrupt"?
This implies there is an "uncorrupted" genetic code.

But yes, changing genetics is, indeed, part of evolution. That's why I have a domed forehead and no brow ridge.

SA, you speak about things you do not understand. Stop doing this.

    CRISPR

    IS

    Intelligent Design!!!

Humans have been using Intelligent Design Theory, literally for thousands of years.

If this is not a Historical and Scientific fact, perhaps nothing is. You all know this!

    My Claim...

There is overwhelming Scientific evidence for Intelligent Design!!!

Psst, Science uses it all the time!
But, it is a Closely Held Secret, so please don’t ever tell anyone, OK?

    Uh Oh!

I hear footsteps, the Thought Police are coming for me...

    Exactly. CRISPR-CAS9 is not evolution.
Sure. Just look at an iPhone. Plenty of examples.

    OK, Great!

So, Intelligent Design is a valid Scientific Theory!

Especially since it is used in Breeding all the time.

Nope. Intelligent design is just an adjective and a noun. You can use it to describe anything that is designed well.

Intelligent Design (note capitals indicating a proper noun) is the theory that life could not have arisen due to physical laws and thus had to be designed by some supernatural entity. It is a religious belief; it is not a valid scientific theory.

    Examples:

That emergency stop button works if you whack at it at any angle, so in an emergency it's easy to activate. That's an intelligent design. (Adjective/noun, denoting a good design)
I don't believe in evolution; I believe in Intelligent Design. (Proper noun, indicating a religious belief)

    See the difference?
That's selective breeding. No one designed those dogs. They just let random mutations happen, then did some artificial selection on those mutations.

No. Intelligent Design is a device, made by mankind, that does chemically things.

As you said: CRISPR is Intelligent Design. It was designed by an intelligence: humans.

If you are resorting to grade school word games as an argument, you are obviously aware you've run out of valid discussion.

And I guess "I am rubber, you are glue. Words bounce off me and stick to you." is on the table then?
