It's a box that you put stuff in. You can strap it to the back of your car when you go on a trip. Holds more than a boot.

    like Jimmy Hoffa?

of course, this also depends on shoe size... my daughter is around 6' 3" and wears a frunking US mens size 13 1/2

My daughter also showed me this, so we can add "TurKraken" to the list of new words:

Jimmy Hoffa wouldn't want to be in her shoes.

the US can and regularly does use word "trunk" both ways.
According to Lexico.com, the use of "trunk" as the boot of a car is typical of North America, but apparently not elsewhere (or not popular elsewhere)
    https://www.lexico.com/en/definition/trunk

it's just part of the evolution of language ... some of us are bi-lingual though and speak British as well as American English. LFMAO

is that a modification of "perdition"?

just wondering: it's actually a really good word, IMHO

Twit to wit = a twit who overuses "To wit" 1

1 to use it is to overuse it

    Tesla Cybertruck

Along with a covered bed with a trunk in the floor and a “frunk” under the hood, each of the rear roof buttresses hides storage compartments beneath butterfly doors.

Looks like frunk might be frunking on
