Right..like that "palace guard" roaming the beach which nobody saw when the picture was taken.

    Everything is compelling

Must be compelling I did not see anything

Compelling MR can't see the blue shirt

Never could explain why nobody saw that guard could you? Oh wait. Vision is just so damned unreliable. That's right.

    i can clearly see it
i can also clearly see its pattern of movement
    as mentioned above.
    organic life has specific movement.
    fire also has specific movement
    electricity also has specific movement
the movement pattern exibited by the blob is that of a gas being ignited as a exothermic transition
i have seen this type of movement before where a low flash point gas is being ignited by static electricity.
it is possible to repeat the process by using low flashpoint gas pooling with a layer of conductive static electricty forming as a field.

i dont not beleive in ghosts fyi

FYI I do not believe in non-dissipating blobs of gas that float at a constant velocity parallel to the floor along a straight vector that then make an abrupt right turn into the adjoining hallway.

    internet band width
    computer screen display resolution
    colour band width (etc)
it is sitting in the light dirty lemon end of the light spectrum which appears like low bandwidth glitching of the resolution of monitors quite often.
you see the similar images appear from video conversion where it creates false shadows as the graphics attempts to render more data into the picture when it has a higher graphics ability but low data(nothing to fill it with).

if you have any screen filters or such like you probably wont see it
you would need to increase your frame rate etc Hz etc etc...

    its not floating
    its arching

meanwhile im not saying i dont beleive in electrical entitys either.
in essence humans are just a big electrical circuit of sloshy poop rolling around in a big viral lump squeezey bag with sharp bits on

there is no rational that defines an electrical higher life form from not existing.

Don't think I will bother to try to see a non existent ghost

Neither would I , the thing is the ghost or a ghost would manifest it's self , so that you can see it , without " trying " .

been searching my memory for a matching pattern and i thought of electrical discharge(kind of) like lateral lightning arching along a horizontal path.
pockets of higher conductivity which ignites to the required flash over point requiring some of its own ignition energy.
like a fluid flowing from one hollow puddle to another, the surface tention requires a fraction more energy than the energy to maintain the burn/electrical charge.
you get a single ignition/conductivity and then a dissipating collapsing wave effect which has a reducing cyclic pattern.
im no good with math so some electrical engineer might make a better discription.
getting weird... it also looks the same as video conversion software as i mentioned above where you get false shadows appearing as the software seeks to fill out the gap.
exothermic electro-static discharge via an atmospheric ingition ?
