My favourite breed is Border-Collie. We had one when I was younger. We got a female because of the temprament. Akoreamerica? I never thought you would be the type to get a dog... ☺

I had a dog when I was younger my parents gave it away when we moved. I probably wouldn't get a dog right now but I still like em.

Me too Akoreamerica. Dogs are lovely. I find them equal with cats. I don't know why they hate each other. I of-ten wonder why animals don't come to as-soc-i-stream the feeder with the feed.

Your information about geopolitics appears to have come from a comic book.

They don't have to hate each other.

The dog (midsize dog/part lab) went in for surgery for
    canine cranial cruciate ligament disease
yesterday -----a plate fastened to the tibia-with stainless steel sponge like material--
I'll go and fetch her in an hour
I've been advised to limit her freedom to run and jump for 2-3 months

    question
Can I feed her anything that would foster faster bone growth to help her heal faster?

It depends on imprinting. Most animals imprint on the first animal they see. Being born into a litter is different to being raised by cats.

We feed dogs to remove the need to kill and so tame the beast. However doesn't the creature come to associate it's Master with food?

Blood has spilled over this question.

But the answer is: the Border Collie.
