got an older friend of mine, always depressed. They are saggy all over. I touch their flesh but it feels "poofy", not tight like a super model. Like the epidermis feels cottony and strange, like their cells are poofy and not densely packed. I want to help them and the world. I want to learn techniques for myself and others, how do we tighten our flesh and make ourselves into healthy and attractive beings.

They often ate a lot of beef. One of my hypothesis is that eating beef causes "bulldog syndrome". Bulldogs have saggy flesh and not tight flesh. One of the most beautiful women I have seen is a vegan, a 70 year old vegan who looks almost 40. I also know another vegan who is 50 but looks 30. Some say you are what you eat. Maybe eating beef somehow has cow proteins which make you look like a cow.

That's an easy experiment to do: Are all dogs saggy? No? Therefore the hypothesis is falsified.

I am sorta old, but I don't think you would find me to be particularly 'saggy' or 'poofy'...if I let you touch me.

I have this book but I haven't actually bothered to read it: https://www.nomeatathlete.com/

I'm also not overweight, so meh, I'll save the advice for later maybe.

Saggy skin is usually caused by being very overweight at some point in your life and then losing all that extra weight. Your skin has basically become all stretched out. They have surgeries now that can cut away all that excess flesh.
