Uh - why do you think that is a reactionless drive?

Does this thing have an coil spring inside the tube , and is loaded by the jar with the liquid coming down, than at the end he switches the direction to load an other spring ?

Bring to your attention, inertsioid functioning on the basis of the laws of celestial mechanics, showing the transformation of the orbital velocity of the Earth in the orbital velocity of the moon that does not give the moon closer to earth.

Try again. That made no sense.

Hence my "Beam me up, Scotty." reference.

I like your signature line, by the way. Indeed we do...

It's not 'reactionless' but an overbalancing wheel variant. The interesting aspect is that it evidently self-phases to maintain a time-averaged net moment to one side of the horizontal shaft, regardless of cordless drill spin direction about that shaft. Allowing power transfer from drill to horizontal shaft without use of gears etc. How does that demo relate to Earth-Moon system?

Is this going to take us to Mars?

Who is going outside when the jar reaches the end of the string?

Not related to this particular device, but
There is an article on the more renown EM drive in New scientist: it is suspected been energized by the Earth magnetic field.

    clever.
    "reaction" ... "less"
to be "less" it would need to defy the laws of newtonian physics as well as Einstein Physics.

the vector of force is orbital cross plain
the vertices are being exerted through the frame of the metal square & the desk.

if there were no reaction there would be no spin of the battery operated drill.
the battery operated drill relys on electro magnetisim to make it turn in a circle.
can you create force with no opposing force ?
yes, but that is only in a vacuum as propulsoion and you still need something to give its energy to the item being propelled.

Surely somebody must have started or commented on the EM drive, another such self contained propulsion system. The New Scientist article seem to debunk that claim.
Even Mexican Jumping beans, have somthing to push against, even if they are self contained.

How about providing a link to said NewScientist article. Probably years old but let's see.

‘Impossible’ EM drive doesn’t seem to work after all

Tajmar's team give it a tentative thumbs down. And yet, the Chinese team working on this 'lunatic idea' have a different story....

thank you for the sharing help.
While stranded on a tropical island I build a simple proof-of -concept trial prototype, and it always returned to it's start position after a cycle. So: any positive news on those links is to be treated with astonishment.

Sounds apocryphal - but who am I to judge.
Newton's 3rd Law obeyed in the usual way.
Nearly all physicists think Newton's 3rd law is obeyed in the usual way for any and all EM interactions too, but that's not always the case.
This is a sidetrack from OP topic. Let's not totally hijack it.

agreed, I tried to find the EM drive on this site. could not. The EM drive has a NASA connection, so somebody serious must have had a hope that one could create preferential internal thrust.
The New Scientist article makes sense, if the magnetic field can turn a magnetic compass needle, why would it not turn a trick on electro-magnetics? , there could even be honest delusions at work, overlooked unshielded external energy sources.
The demonstration in the OP is fascinating, more open, transparent then the closed EM chamber.
