    Further ,

Sea salted soil or silt would not be condusive for any plant growth . Plants can not grow in salted earth .

Salt on Everest would have nothing to do with that.
There isn't any silt anywhere near the top of that mountain.
That would have nothing to do with Mt Everest geology. It's nowhere near the poles, and it's far to high to be reached by glacial melting.

And "the lithosphere on the mantle of the Earth's outer core" doesn't seem to make sense.

Salt beds from ancient oceans and salt lakes are common on the planet, as are alkaline soils and aquifers, especially in drier regions. There are probably some on the Tibetan Plateau and similar regions of the Himalayas. What are you looking for?

No such thing as the Noah flood? Then where do the Oceans come from? It rained for forty-days-and-nights and flooded the Earth. ☺

    From Frogger Post 243
You need to go back to school. That is one of many myths recorded in the Bible as historical fact.

Rainfall comes from evaporation of water on Earth: Oceans mainly; Also from seas, lakes, rivers, etcetera.

Do you think there is a constant supply of water from space?

The Noah Flood myth is probably due to exaggeration of an event indicated by remains of some villages circa 200 feet below the level of the Black Sea.

It is known that the Black Sea evaporates more water than that supplied by rainfall & rivers. If the straits between it & the Mediterranean close, its level will drop.

I think (not sure) that the Mediterranean similarly needs water from the Atlantic through the Gibraltar straights to avoid a drop in sea level due to evaporation.

There was a speculative plan at one time to dam the Strait of Gibralter and lower the Med by evaporation. I don't know what that was supposed to accomplish.

I was told the action of waves with a tide cleanses. That's why waste is dumped at sea. It makes sense: something being scraped across rock or sand.

You're probably too young to remember when phosphates were used in laundry detergent. Apparently they made your clothes really clean - but the people downstream didn't appreciate it so much. In general, cleaning is a process of moving your dirt into somebody else's back yard.

Which is quite possibly - or almost certainly, after a few intermediary steps - where it came from.
The trick is to make the intermediary stops nice places, where the dirt is put to good use.

Phosphates didn't add anything in terms of extra cleaning, but they were fluorescent, which meant they tended to glow under UV light. This tended to make whites look whiter and colors look brighter. The problem with using them in laundry detergents was twofold. Phosphorous is an essential element to life, and in general the amount of available Phosphorous can set the limit on plant growth. So when you dumped all that phosphorus into rivers and if that river eventually led to the ocean you were removing a lot of potential fertilizer from the land.
The other problem was that it sometimes ended up in lakes and ponds which spurred excess algae growth and screwed up the ecosystem. (Sometimes in rural areas people would have two separate waste water systems. A sewage tank for bodily wastes and a drain field for everything else, or "Grey water". The drain field consisted of sections of drainage pipe with small gaps between each section to let the water drain out into the ground. In the old days of Phosphates, it was always easy to locate the drain field, because the grass always grew taller and lusher there because of the extra Phosphorous. )

According to Wikipedia (and my memory), phosphates were added to detergents for their chelating action, which helped to hold dirt particles in solution. The fluorescent additives that made your laundry "whiter than white" by adding their own light were not phosphates.

the great floods in the bible are actualy several different events combined into 1 fairy tale.
there have been several great floods.
the "noah" labelled great flood specifically would discount many of the others.

are you being historically and geologically specific ?

the fairy tale great flood in the bible is used to teach blind obediance to authority Figures in power.
    while also combining with re-birth.(bi-polarism)
it is a fairy tale used to brain wash children.

What absurd and hysterical bigotry! Noah's flood is just one of many bible stories. Please provide evidence that the story of Noah's Flood is used to "teach blind obedience to authority figures", or to "brainwash".

I don't think it has anything to do with blind obedience. Noah was presented with a choice: build an ark or drown with everybody else. If anything, I see it as suggesting that we're responsible for our own salvation. God may have shown Noah how but Noah had to do it himself.

I believe that there is evidence of villages 200 feet below the level of the Black Sea.That sea is known to evaporate too fast to be replenished by rivers flowing into it.

It requires input from the Mediterranean, which would also evaporate if the Gibraltar straits closed.

A closure of the Gibraltar straits or the Sea of Marmara straits would result in partial evaporation of the Black Sea, allowing villages to be built below the current level of the Black Sea. A later opening of straits would result in the flooding of those villages.

The existence of those villages suggest an origin for the Noah & other flood myths.

Folks who knew of those villages would remember & relate their knowledge. Over generations of retelling, the stories would be be changed/exaggerated & result in world wide flood myths.

BTW: I think there is evidence of total evaporation of the Black Sea long before human habitation of its shores.
