Program our brain to repair the body's DNA in real time. The subconscious can ask the conscious to ask us to eat carrots, or by creating a drive for that. Create the neural pathways in the brain with rehearsal. Result: no more pills. Could even add an advanced lab . should there be a need for non-routine emergencies. : automatic hospital call, or block of instruction, all broadcast through phone systems.

I think unless someone repairs your DNA for you while you are only a few cells old it's to late to do it by diet when you are grown

Would be nice to be able to reverse the aging process. Gain a lifetime worth of experience, then reverse the aging process and use all that wisdom as a young man again.

Even better to gain the wisdom without the body ageing in the first place

Well, IMO, each stage of life poses it's own unique challenges and triumphs, all adding to one's life experience.
But suppose we could halt aging indefinitely, at what age would you want to remain forever?

I reckon 28 for me - peak physical health and all that. Why opt for a lesser model? Plus my hair hadn't started receding!
