This has been explained to you countless times already.
Thus when one says "I lack belief in God" there is zero implication that God IS.
There is simply the explicit statement that one lacks a specific belief, a belief that others have but that the person does not.

So, are we finally done on the issue of how an atheist lacking belief in God is not implying that God exists?
Are we finally clear that the definition of atheist makes no such implication?
Are we finally done with the semantic garbage that you have piled onto this thread that it now more closely resembles landfill than an actual discussion?

Wait a minute. You lack belief in belief in God, not God. You lack God, which is why you don't believe in God.

It is as the American Atheists site put it.
Atheism is a lack of belief in the assertion of God. This makes sense as there is no God for the atheist to believe, or lack belief in.

If you lack belief in God, using at least one of the many definitions of "lack", you are without God. This implies that there Is God, and you are without.

We don't have to prove a negative any more than you do. You make the positive claim that there is a god or gods or powerful imaginary friends or whatever. Burden of proof is on you.

I have hundreds of relatives around here. 23andMe listed 1165 people in my family group, and that's just the ones who would do such a sciency thing. The rest are SoBaps, snake handlers, or worse. I'm used to people offering to kill me so I'd KNOW God was real. Jan is chump change.
