I don't think so, no. If someone is ignoring you, that's essentially no one's business but their own.
My son opined years ago that it was probably best to ignore anyone who began any oratory with the three words "I don't think...",
I'm not ignoring you The person I am ignoring is &+(/&$#&-_ You know who I mean Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
I don't ignore you. I just don't read your input most of the time. Only ignore the religious circle-jerkers.
What would be the point? Do you take pride in how many people are ignoring you? Or do you wish that the people who are ignoring you would pay attention to you? Just some info: even moderators/admins actually have no access to anybody's ignore list (as far as I can tell). So, ignore lists really are a personal thing on this site - they're nobody's business but the person who makes the list.
When I say thins like: "So, you're now promoting pedophilia?" "It also seems to being feminine is crime to you:; so being raped is my own fault?" I want to express myself and not be ignored.
Just continue to express yourself, Beer w/Straw... ...consider the following quote, from "The Roving Mind" : ...seems like a waste of time, energy and thought to fret about those SciForum Members that have consciously chosen to be ignorant.
Site feedback is mainly for staff. This site is floating without any guidance; The only functional staff James R comes here once in a fortnight, makes some posts here and there and again out he goes. I feel he is not able to do justice to the super mod position given to him, does not matter if it is free service, he must resign.
It's for members to leave feedback. And yes, staff read it. Thanks for your feedback. However, I note that you have not given any specifics about why you are dissatisfied with the moderation/admin here. This sounds a bit like a generic whinge. This is also off topic for this thread. I suggest you start a separate one, or perhaps send me a private message if you have some constructive suggestions.
'Thanks' and 'whinge' do not go together. I have no intent to start a PM with you, I am not complaining against any mod here, are they here?
I'm afraid it is everyone's right to ignore another person and there is nothing you can do about that. I should have thought the best policy would be to try to write things that are not crap and which people will be interested to read. Responding thoughtfully to someone else's post is one way of doing that. (I usually read your contributions by the way, but often they don't seem to call for a response.)
