It's interesting. Suggests the body has ways of conserving water if there is too high a salt intake, in order to maintain the electrolyte balance.
Water does not get consumed in the same way as say fat in the production of energy Urine output is dependent in main on fluid intake and ambient temperature A lot of fluid leaves the body via the lungs and sweat glands A small amount of fluid is lost with bowel motions as much of the fluid used to digest and move food along the digestive system is reabsorbed by the ascending transverse and descending colon Not going regular number 2 = to much water absorbed = constipation Urine is the way body gets rid off soluble waste products Normal colour light pale yellow Darker means body is excreting soluble waste with as little fluid as it can manage Not good Almost clear to much fluid in system which can decrease the balance of the body electrolyte system which needs to be balanced for effective electrical impulses of the nervous system The two main fluids which are given as being diuretic coffee and alcohol as I understand their action do not act strong enough to cause the body to excrete more fluid than the amount consumed Not so Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urine These by-products are eventually expelled from the body during urination, the primary method for excreting water-soluble chemicals from the body. These chemicals can be detected and analyzed by urinalysis. Of the many such substances that exist, the three main nitrogenous wastes of the mammalianbody are urea, uric acid, and creatinine Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
Hmmm... yet we know that B vitamins and vitamin C , both are excreted and therefore need to be replenished , daily .
https://permaculturenews.org/2011/11/27/urine-closing-the-npk-loop/ All of these are pushed out but not because of excess water being the cause as your answer implied Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
The more water one consumes the faster all nutrients are excreted. Excess water also excretes minerals as well .
