Bring me up to speed on your theory; as in what?

hansda - since you're back, could you answer my post from December?

To me, success means discovering that your math will not work for my definition of success. Help me out of this paradox...

Link for my theory of success is given in the post #56. Link for Einstein's formula for success is given in the post #98. You can read both these theories and compare.

    Yes. I will try.

I dont know, if you have read my paper or not. Link for my theory is in the post #56.

If you have read my paper, you will see that my math basically is for the trajectory of a particle. Some of these trajectories will give us success. The other trajectories will not give us success.

Whether success or not, as long as the particle exist, it will have a trajectory and my math will always be associated with this particle.

Here is another attempt to find a math for success. Atleast the title of the book, suggests so. Title: "Zero to Infinity: The Mathematics of Success". Author: Edwin F DePaula .

This is a christian self-help book. I suppose you could view it as an "alternative theory" of success. The author is a successful network engineer.

If you are interested, YOU CAN BE THE FIRST TO WRITE A REVIEW for this book on Amazon. Apparently, it isn't as popular as the Rick Warren books, or else it would have a book review or two. I wonder why? If the author has really nailed the mathematics of success, why isn't his book a success?

Have you read this book, hansda? It has 92 pages including the author biography.

Self help books have the capacity to be wildly successful. "The 7 habits of highly effective people", "How to win friends and influence people" Dale Carnegie, "The Art of the Deal" Donald Trump, and "What Color is your Parachute" are just a few examples.

Here is another suggestion. Apply some of your math to how these people found success, include it in your book, and you might be onto something. Make us proud.

    May be you are right.

I dont know, what is the mathematics explained in this book.

I have not read this book.

May be you are correct but I dont know if any math is explained in these books.

Here it can be said that, their TDAs are matching with the respective TSAs and they are achieving success.

Slowly my theory is gaining popularity among the students community.

My god that would be so horribly depressing - luckily that is not true, it is just your imagination getting the best of you.

I dont know, how you came to this conclusion. You can see this this facebook site of the students https://www.facebook.com/iitkgp.alumnicell/ . See the message dated 19th April 2017. My Theory is mentioned there. Thanks.

I personally do not think that the 'student community' is that stupid. Sure there are some student morons as you point out, but the community as a whole is pretty sharp and will undoubtably never even hear of your speculations, let alone embrace it.

You are always entitled to your own personal thoughts.

That's what this thread is. It's an attempt to bootstrap supposed popularity, by first posting a paper with no substance, then going on about it here, for the sheer sake of keeping up a post count (see post 107 as an example of a content-free post).

Now hansda can go back to Facebook and say "It's gaining popularity on the science forums! Over 100 posts!"
Then he can come back here and say "My theory is mentioned there on the university FB page!" (Oh right, he's already done that.)

Eventually, he will compound the bootstrapping by listing it on his resume:
"Published a science paper detailing my discovery of blah and woo, that was discussed on science sites", and he'll stuff it with all sorts of self-flattering word salad ingredients.

Good imagination. Amusing. Definitely you have a skill for that. On the other hand, people at academia.edu are downloading my paper and becoming my followers.

Uh huh. Just like people on Sci Fo are "discussing" your paper in a thread of over 100 posts.

    Hansda,

Any academic institute of IITs calibre may be interested in deriving some mathematical formula for success, but for that 'success' must be objectively defined and must be linked with certain parameters.

Your paper or whatever has no such efforts.
