    I had to look up why NF3 is important - apparently used in Si semiconductor manufacture. The Wiki article here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nitrogen_trifluoride

    has a fair bit on its potential as a greenhouse gas. The conclusion seems to be that it is a minor contributor, but significant enough to put on the Kyoto list.
