Where is the money coming from to do the following, without raising taxes:

    - build a wall across the southern US border
    - expand the military
    - expand the military nuclear program
    - fix the US infrastructure (roads, hiways, etc..)
    - deport millions of illegal immigrants
    - what about the cost of not having illegal immigrants do the menial labor that American citizens won't do
    - retool the ACA
    - fix the blight in the inner cities

    - this one may not take any money but how is Trump going to coax manufacturing jobs back from countries where labor/material prices are so much lower than here in the US.

    Those are just a few of Trump's campaign promises . . .

According to Trump, blackmail Mexico into paying for it; according to Mexico, about two weeks after Hell freezes over.
I figure he'll do what he usually does: contract out the work and then declare bankruptcy and renege on payment.
That's all coming out of budgets formerly allocated to departments like EPA, DOE and DOI, NEA and NASA.
    Downloaded on the states.
The police departments already have huge budgets. Now they'll be spared the hassle of hearings, appeals and other legal proceedings that hamper the efficient relocation of unwanted populations.
If it's still not cost-effective, he can order their properties seized in compensation for their transport.
Americans will do whatever jobs they can get, once they're hungry enough. The immigrants didn't want to, at first, either.
Repeal, not retool. It's every citizen's inalienable right to get sick and die if they can't afford insurance.
Most of the blight will be deported or put in concentration camps until they're "properly vetted". Those who remain will leave on their own quick enough, when the bulldozers come to clear the land for condo and casino complexes.
Not gonna happen. In fact, more industry, and other businesses, will move out as the situation becomes increasingly uncertain, unstable and volatile. Munitions, petroleum and prisons will do okay.
He'll think up new ones. Like a bounty on news reporters, or repealing all FDA regulations.

Yeah, I don't see the folks in Erie, PA getting their paper clip factory back from China anytime soon.

Nor will any of Trump's cronies give up any profit by not replacing a hundred unskilled workers with a robot and ten skilled ones with a computer.
Including the mines, by the way - but i don't think he knows.
