You still haven't provided a reference as to why Donald cares.

It also seems you are far older than me, so grow up.

Do you honestly think we faced an immediate threat from Libya or Syria?

Her "quick trigger" does not place her in the cross-hairs.

I think she "resorts to violence" using other peoples bodies for the hell of it.
Maybe masking some inferiority complex thing?

    It's in his book.
    Just copy and paste:
Trump wrote that he supported universal healthcare and a system that would mirror Canada's government-run healthcare service.
and you'll find several references, and an invitation to buy the book from amazon.

    Why does he care?
    wow
You would have me understanding someone else's motivations?
Maybe it's because he is actually a decent guy----------despite all appearances?
Maybe it's because his momma raised him well?

Neither of which did she advocate for, or start. And who's "we"? She is kind of tied to Israel, for various reasons, after all.
You cannot have any examples of this, because she has never had the power - the State Department doesn't do that. She's always been the negotiator in chief, the one in charge of compromising.

As far as mistrusting an inferiority complex - uh, seriously, hello? - -> presenting the orange-haired, yam-faced, insecurity driven stereotypical epitome of inferiority complexes, the Great Pumpkin of overcompensation for self esteem issues, the traffic cone Graf Zeppelin of free-floating inner doubt with no idea of the human cost of war whatsoever:

you're going to watch the debates, parse his nuances, and only then decide whether to hand him the keys to the US military?

Does Trump's victory now have only an imaginary potential? Has the GOP begun to realise he's a toxic Turnip?

So did George Washington, Andy Jackson, Abe Lincoln, Ronnie Reagan, Dwight Eisenhower, have "quick trigger" too? It seems to me you are being very selective and inconsistent.

"The GOP" may be irrelevant here. He's mainlining to his base, they are bigger than "the GOP", and they aren't going to go away.

Reminded of Trump's complete lack of military experience, may be it's worth recalling in this context that Trump has never employed his talents in the service of a town council or fraternal organization, anything like that - he has never in his life sublimated his personal agenda to the goals of a community larger than himself.

    The closest:
A question for which casual internet search has not provided a quick answer: has Donald Trump ever played a team sport?

Seriously, how can even the most Republican Republican not tell themselves the Trumptanic has already hit the iceberg? How can you recover from a week like the one everyone just saw?
It's been riveting, in the same way a Quentin Tarantino movie is riveting, the producer always finds a novel use for rivets. Often involving lots of blood and bits of people.

The stakes are so high. If Trump's electoral support holds so that he remains in with a shout then can the GOP extricate themselves from the tar baby?

If they do will that actually increase his popularity? Is he bigger than the GOP at the moment?

Libya was a state sponsor of terrorism run by a dictator. Syria was murdering it's own people.

I think they have realized that for some time now. I think the only questions that remain are:
    1) Will he quit before the election? If he does, who will replace him?
    2) Will the GOP oust him? If so, will Trump sue them?
    3) If either of the above happen, how late can they happen and still be able to legally replace the GOP candidate?
    4) Will a Trump endorsement mean doom for candidates running for other offices? And if so, might the Senate or House (or both) switch majorities?

I think whatever they do, it will be worse than what they have. If they replace Trump or attempt to do so, they make the party look even more stupid and that stupidity becomes the center of attention and more people will leave the party, possibly forever. If they succeed in removing Trump, they alienate at least 40% of the Republican base, probably forever.

This should be a clarion call to Republican leaders and donors. But they aren't calling the shots anymore, Republican entertainers are, and their interests are not aligned with Republican leadership. Entertainers want viewers and listeners. They have little interest in truth or good governance. That's a big problem for Republicans. Trump is the embodiment of Republican entertainers.

You can listen to hundreds of Trump's everyday by tuning into any of the many Republican entertainers who broadcast every day.

At this point they couldn't look any more stupid. Replacing Trump would be seen as a wise move by people on both sides of the aisle.

And that could be a problem for Clinton. Both candidates go into this election with some of the lowest pre-election approvals ever; people are choosing the lesser of two evils. A last-minute moderate Republican candidate with not much in the way of baggage would be very difficult to beat. It would provide an option for the large number of "anyone but Trump" "anyone but Hillary" voters out there. Pataki? Kasich? They would stand a very real chance, even coming in late in the game.

At this point Clinton very much does NOT want Trump to drop out.

Come on . Anyone with sense/sanity wishes for Trump to be simply out of contention one way or the other.

Any chance that he might be president is potentially calamitous and personally I would rather take the chance of another Republican winning over the possibility of Trump winning.

That said ,if Trump is not beaten transparently could there be another Trumpalike down the tracks at the next election?

Oh it could a lot worse for Republicans. Trump's followers will not go quietly into the night. An attempt to remove him will split the party.

It really doesn't matter what Republicans do. She wins if she doesn't screw up.

Not Clinton; she wants to win. Every matchup I have seen shows her winning against Trump. The last matchups done before the conventions showed her losing to Kasich.
I think all you need to say is "do you really want another Trump?" and every rational Republican in the US will oppose him.
