Afro-Americans have a much higher rate of arrest and incarceration than Euro-Americans. But this is often, and (in my opinion as an observer of my country's politics for many decades) legitimately, blamed on the white power structure being harsher on black people than on white people. Well of course. That's true just about anywhere. As we get older we become less violent, more concerned with the future, and after earning a living for a while we have more to lose.
Most misbehaviour and crime are committed black against black on black area, so what does that have to do with whites power structure ?
Can you stop using "afro american" a lot of blacks don't even like being called that as a matter of fact noun of them do.I never been to Africa my parents never were and neither were my grandparents parents,so by saying "afro american" your saying that were all African when were not.If I called you a roman and your parents a roman and your grandparents romans wouldn't you be mad.It sound ignorant and dumb.
Ok I'm not dumb so I clearly see tour trying to be a little sarcastic "funny" a hole but here I'll pretend like you never heard Black's say they don't like to be called African american they want to be called BLACK! seeing how thus country and many many many more country's were built by the African slaves so when slavery ended and everyone is still calling blacks African American even tho they lived here most likely longer than most white people have.We don't call whites roman Americans or anything like that. so why calk us African American like were not from this country,like are family's were not born and raised in american but yet were "Africans"

The self control section of the brain isn't completely functional till about the 25th year life. So the span from 20 to 25, plus and take a few for individual developement differences is the most dangerous - having full legal rights and responsibilities, a full grown body and still not complete self control.
