In our office we continuously find ways on how to save energy. We have done everything from metering our consumption, changing ineffective tools, upgrading the insulation, etc. Now my question is, is there a company or a service provider that will help us manage our energy consumption. I have heard of this but I’m not quite sure on how it works. Do you have any experiences regarding this?

Hello, I came across about such kind of provider online. I've read reviews that it helps increase energy needs with growing sustainability and providing managing solutions. But, I need to search it again because I forgot to take note of the company because it was not the one I'm looking for actually. By the way, I'll get back to you, once I find it again.

Thanks for the response. However, when it comes to conservation, a lot of things need to be studied and tried out before you even know if it is efficient after all. Are you talking about this provider on energy management solution? I have not read of the reviews yet but I will surely make time to read it.

Sorry I just saw this thread...

With the caveat that "energy management" is broad and somewhat vague, what I think you could benefit from is a standard ASHRAE energy audit:

Pretty much any HVAC engineering firm should be able to do one for you. For the record, I'm an HVAC (mechanical) engineer and certified energy manager.

Yes, there are several companies who offer energy management solution. It depends on your location as well. Where is your office, btw? Last year our sister company acquired the same service and I think it went very well. If I am not mistaken, the firm's name is Ecova in Washington. Check out their services...you might be able to find what you need for your office and see if there's a similar company in your location.
