It is good to vomit once or twice a week if you're eating healthy food on a regular basis as opposed to eating out at random fast food restaurants where bad hygiene getting into your food due to closed environments is likely. It is also good to vomit out poison from cigarettes everyday if you enjoy smoking. But the question is, can you detect it? Or will you be yet another poor sap who suppresses it and knows not while it festers in your body, blood and brain? What I'm saying is, kick cigarettes altogether and try not to eat out at random fast food restaurants every week. Also, tap water is recycled water. Buy pure water.

When you vomit, you have no control over which of the contents of your stomach will be ejected. Basically you'll be spitting out a representative sample of everything that's in there.

I don't understand the concept of vomiting once or twice a week. If you eat three meals a day, five or six hours apart, each entire meal will have been broken down in your stomach within a few hours, and its components will be sent to the appropriate place: intestine, kidney, directly to the bloodstream, etc. On Friday, you have absolutely no ability to deal with something you ate on Thursday, much less on Tuesday. You'd have to let somebody search your intestines, and that would be extremely uncomfortable.

As for the byproducts of tobacco, you're not swallowing the smoke, you're inhaling it. It does not go into your intestine, so there's no way you can "vomit" it. When you inhale something, there are only about two places it can go. Number one is to be exhaled right back out of your mouth or nose. Number two is to pass through the lung tissue and go directly into your bloodstream. Some of that will eventually be recirculated into your intestines, but whatever damage it causes will already have happened.

Fast food is not automatically bad for you. These days the companies are aware of America's nutritional concerns, and they try to make their food considerably healthier than it was back in the 1950s when I was a kid. The biggest problem with fast food is that it's high in saturated fat, which can elevate your cholesterol levels unless you lead a very energetic life so it is all metabolized and used as nutrition.

As for pure water, you've been duped by the water industry. The labels on the bottle proudly inform you that the contents are purified water. If you go to the municipal plant that pumps the water into your sink and bathtub, you will discover that what they pipe into your house is purified water. Unless you buy Perrier or something like that, the water in those battles is identical to the water that comes out of the faucet over your sink. People perform "stings" all the time to inspect bottled water plants, and what they always discover is a faucet hooked directly to the municipal water line, which pumps that water directly into the bottles. It's one of the biggest scams in the USA and I don't understand why it hasn't been investigated by the government.

Some of the bottled water companies go to the trouble of buying water from municipalities out in the mountains, or even in Europe. It's possible that this water contains different minerals from the water your city water company collects. Nonetheless, there's nothing in either kind of bottled water that makes it any better or any worse than the other one, and neither one is any better than the water that comes out of your faucet.

Lower-income Americans buy bottled water, which wastes something like five percent of their total family income. This is a tragedy. They could use that money to fix their car in order to make it safer or more reliable. They could buy their children a computer. They could buy warmer clothes for winter.

They could buy a dog and have enough money to feed him. Dogs are extremely social, loyal and affectionate. Children who grow up with dogs are, on the average, much better at socializing and much more at peace with themselves and the rest of the world. Notice the places where pet dogs are uncommon, like America's inner cities (no room for them) or the cesspools of fundamentalist religion in the Middle East (where they're considered unclean). There's a lot of violence and poverty in those places.

Only if one fails to isolate the bad contents (bacteria/ toxin/ poison/ etc) from the good ones within one's stomach. To do this, one requires a kind of "hyperawareness" (not of mind, of body) of what is being suppressed and what isn't.

Correct. That is why trial and error is needed.

Incorrect. One can actually locate/ detect/ discover what they've inhaled as they can with what they've eaten. It is absorbed by the body first, and when located, if bad, will automatically be rejected/ regurgitated, where it then becomes easy to vomit.

I love McDonald's. At one point their chicken nuggets were terribly made so I simply avoided them. Their burgers are great though.

Partially correct. Only some of the bottles of water are bullshit. You can usually detect if something is bad for you simply by tasting it. NESTLE IS GREAT!

Hate to burst your bubble (not really):

    Nestle Pure Life
    NESTLE
    WATER SOURCE: ERIN, ONTARIO
    WEBSITE
Nestle Pure Life Purified Water Enhanced with Minerals for Taste begins with well or municipal water. Every drop of water in every bottle goes through a multi-step process of filtration that involves reverse osmosis and/or distillation. We then enhance the water with a unique blend of minerals for great taste.
