Let me ask you : How did we feel when Khrushchev wanted to plant missiles in Cuba , we did not like it and there was a point if treat to ww111. Don't misunderstand me I am not a sympathizer with Russia . but let be fair with politics.
Here we have a new thing brewing China in creating artificial island in the China sea, I don't know if you remember Quemoy and Matsu and Tiwang

I don't understand your point. The Cuban Missile Crisis and the 1954–1955 Taiwan Strait Crisis aren't even remotely related or similar to events in Ukraine or Georgia.

As previously stated, when facing a European fascist megalomaniac who invades, occupies and and annexes the lands of its neighbors and uses the exact same rationalizations as the last fascist megalomaniac who did the same thing and resulted in WW II and 85 million dead people, the world needs to act, and it did. The world didn't repeat the mistakes which led to WW II and that is a very good thing.

The people of the Crimea are in control of their territory, the people in Donbass control only some part of it, but I think that the Minsk II ceasefire is a better solution than the continuation of the civil war. So we can hope that the Ukrainians will be able to get rid of their fascist rulers themself. I do not think it is useful for the Ukrainians to get help of Russian airforce to fight the Kiew Nazis.

What the situation in the Ukraine has to do with Syria is unclear. The Syrians have to fight an invasion by various terrorists like IS and Al Qaida paid by some terrorist supporting states like Saudi Arabia and Turkey. These terrorists are, of course, in some sense comparable with the Ukrainian Nazis, which have been heavily supported by the West during the Maidan uprising and later. But the last legitimate president of the Ukraine controls now nothing, no army, no territory, thus, the situation is completely different.

Nothing. Nobody (except you, if the victims are Russians) supports any rights of dictators to gas people.

Except you know that is blatantly untrue. You know full-well Russia controls Crimea, not the people of Crimea and you well know the Donbass is controlled by Russia and Ukraine, and you also know it isn't a civil war. It's a war created by, supplied by and led by Mother Russia. That isn't by any stretch a civil war. One of the problems you have is the world isn't as dumb as you need it to be.

Except you know that to be equally fallacious as well. Syria is a civil war, a real live civil war. The combatant factions aren't foreign they are local and enjoy much local support. Syria wasn't invaded by a foreign military, Ukraine was. Ukraine was invaded by Russia as was Georgia before it. Unfortunately for you comrade, facts do matter.

Hmm...well here is the problem with that. The only party which has gassed and barrel bombed innocents in Syria is the Assad regime and that is the regime Mother Russia supports. So yet again, you are not being honest.

I certainly don't support gassing anyone of any stripe, Russian or otherwise, nor have I ever even hinted at such support. Your own personal logic on the other hand unambiguously supports the mass murder of Mother Russia, since by your logic, President Flatskull has gone and interfered with the elected Ukrainian government's right to do whatever the hell it wants on its own territory, just as it interferes with the sovereign government's rights in the occupied Georgian territories of South Ossetia and Abkhazia, and in the sovereign nation of Chechnya.

If it ever were to happen that hundreds or thousands of Russian civilians were to die in a terror attack such as the ones it supports in Syria, I'll simply pretend as you do that it's fake news invented by space aliens, CIA and Mossad agents, and I won't worry about shedding any tears for them until I'm finished dealing with all the victims those same people were busy murdering elsewhere.

Unfortunately, you are probably talking shit, but even if it was true, that has no validity on what has being shown here. Your weak ad hominens are not a good argument, you ganna need to do better than that.

Putting your fingers in your ears, and shouting, its the CIA doesnt actually at any point deal with the content of what is being presented. Since all the news on freerussian.press is sourced from very valid sources, Im afraid your response is not really good enough.

News from two months ago. And with a completely misleading headline, because all what IS has reached at that time have been a few small villages outside, and a large part of that major Syrian city, Aleppo, is held by Assad forces, which have during the next few days captured some of these villages from the IS.

That this is old new from ~ 2 months ago is visible from the article itself (take a look at the maps) and from the links given in the article. That some of the gains by the IS are now under Syrian control you can see by comparing with actual maps, say on militarymaps.info.

Well, it really isn't surprising that you are yet again being very disingenuous. You were asked for proof of your assertion. Repetition isn't proof of anything other than your disingenuity.

Anyone else wondering why Russia is not fighting ISIS? Anyone else wondering why Assad is doing very little against ISIS and ISIS very little against Assad?

Based on what I have seen, it seems that when Assad loses or is about to lose or is unable to control an area against Syrians fighting for their freedom. It seems like all of a sudden Isis appears and takes over the area... until Assad can move more convential troops back into the area.

All seems rather convenient for Russia and the evil asshole they are protecting (Assad kills 7 syrians for each 1 Isis is responsible for).

Why should one wonder about boring NATO propaganda?

Everybody who cares what really happens on the ground knows that there is a lot of fighting against IS, actually at four different places. First, near the Kuweiris airport, where yesterday has been taken a village named Nasrallah and today, it seems, Al-Shuwaylekh. http://www.almasdarnews.com/article...in-east-aleppo-after-capturing-al-shuwaylekh/

Then there have been advances near Quratein and near Aleppo.

And there is also some fight of Assads troops against IS near the Ayash base, where the Assad forces have been attacked by the IS airforce, sorry, the US airforce, and immediately after this by the IS. Nice cooperation.

It is not you who has asked, but somebody which has not yet proven that he is completely unable to accept obvious proofs. So, I hope he is able to follow the recommendation to look at the dates of the two maps of his own source, or, if he likes, to follow the links of his source and look at the date. Or to find on militarimaps.info the actual situation in the North of Aleppo and to compare this with the maps of October 9th.

That you are unable to understand or accept elementary proofs you have proven in the thread http://www.sciforums.com/threads/why-isis-is-rich-oil-only-small-part-of-why.153117/#post-3342278

Well for starters, you haven't proven anything to be NATO propaganda. You like to dismiss unpleasant facts as propaganda. It's another of your many obfuscations.

The fact is Mother Russia and you, her agent, like to label all Syrian rebels as ISIS regardless of their actual theology or ideology, and that simply isn't true nor honest.

Try to find out who actually controls Palmyra http://www.almasdarnews.com/article...final-village-along-the-palmyra-homs-highway/
    and Quraytain http://www.almasdarnews.com/article...mid-the-russian-aerial-campaign-against-isis/
or who has owned a few days ago Al-Shuwaylekh and Nasrallah, which are NE from Kuweiris airport http://www.almasdarnews.com/article...in-east-aleppo-after-capturing-al-shuwaylekh/
or who has attacked the Ayash base near Deir ez-Ezzor http://www.almasdarnews.com/article/reports-isis-attacks-ayash-base-following-us-led-airstrikes/
    if this is not ISIS.

I have given a source, which is known as quite accurate naming the various participants of the battles, which names ISIS in all these cases, but in other successes it names, for example, "Islamist rebels of Jabhat Al-Nusra (Syrian Al-Qaeda), Harakat Nouriddeen Al-Zinki, and Harakat Ahrar Al-Sham" http://www.almasdarnews.com/article...rn-aleppo-amid-the-arrival-of-reinforcements/ or " Islamist rebels of Jabhat Al-Nusra (Syrian Al-Qaeda group), Harakat Ahrar Al-Sham, and the Free Syrian Army’s “Liwaa Suqour Al-Ghaab”" http://www.almasdarnews.com/article...akia-as-the-islamists-retreat-towards-turkey/

Now please your sources, which prove your claims that I name everybody ISIS. Or you have been, yet another time, identified as a liar.

I love how when there is a website that the Russian troll factory does not agree with, all of a sudden its a government run propaganda website. You guys are so full of it. lol. Freerussian.press while bias (as there is no such thing as a non-bias news source) is definitely not some government shrill propaganda website.

While this might be a foreign concept to some Russian trolls who live in a society where free media has being almost destroyed, its pretty common in our world
