    All you've done in this thread is speculate.

    That's not good enough, Quack.

    If you want other people to embrace your outlandish and bizarre speculations, you need to provide people with some tangible and convincing reason to believe that you are right, and the French crash investigators, the German police and the world media are all not only wrong in most of what they say, but joined in a malign conspiracy to mislead the world.

    The burden of proof is not upon me Yazata, that belongs to those that make outrageous claims.

    I do not care whose authority you wish to call upon. I determine according to what I observe..
    Call upon authority does not wash with me at all and that is exactly what you are doing and expect me to do likewise...

    The recorder itself is completely crushed. The locator looks like it's damaged. The memory unit is dented and scraped but survived intact - which is why they were able to recover the data on the CVR. A testament to what lengths they went to design the CVR to survive crashes - and why such lengths are necessary,

    You are the one making outrageous claims. The simplest explanation is generally the correct one - and it is the one you reject. You make up nebulous conspiracy theories, invent malignant misinformation campaigns by the press, claim fraud in the investigation - all without a shred of proof.

    So we find that the CVR memory is in cased in stainless steel with high temperature insulation...
    That the rest of the recorder appears to be plate steel.
    Neither was pulverized...

    Are you suggesting they are going to analyse a CVR they do not have? Why would they say they are analysing it if they do not have it?

    What did you expect it to look like after a plane crash like that? The outer casing of black boxes often look like that.

    Because it is designed to survive such impacts.. Sometimes they are damaged beyond repair and other times data is able to extracted from what is inside the damaged casings. This is what it is designed to do.

    Look up black boxes and you will see why they were designed to survive such impacts.

    That is what happens when a plane is flown into a mountain by a co-pilot. Large solid objects are often pulverised. If you have ever seen what happens when someone jumps off a tall building, you'd understand why and why their clothes often remain intact.

Those two girls are clearly devastated and the moments where they smile and laugh when recalling the good things about their friend is not abnormal. That is normal. By the end, the devastation in those girls is hard to listen to.

    Not every part of the plane always burns.

    no credible CVR
    No stewardess girlfriend
    No video of last moments
    No sign of Fire
    No impact crater
    No bodies
    No engines
    No communications from the Flight deck

    and a whole heap of excuses as to why not?

    The aircraft was pulverized - smashed into little pieces. The CVR is in the tail. Why do you think that it was anywhere near the fireball? I would expect it to be hundreds of feet away after the impact.
