So, my Air Force Uncle saw (and attended) a super high technology weather balloon that looks like a flying saucer with people inside...that is really amazing....what in the world we are talking about in 2015 eve?
As I said, it was NOT a weather balloon; it was a spy balloon, and NOT particularly high-tech. I don't know what your uncle thought he saw. There were a lot of unreliable eyewitnesses, most of whom didn't "remember" what they had "seen" until years later.
