Well OK, I'll happily bow to your more up to date knowledge on this topic. I'll look out out for it in the shops: at least now I'll know a bit about it if I see it. But I prefer olive oil for most purposes, merely on grounds of taste.

So do I, but mainly because olive oil is still cheaper than hemp seed oil and requires less attention to temperature control while frying.

As to taste, it is claimed that hemp oil also has a pleasant nutty flavor if used as salad dressing . Someday I am going to try that.

I used Fish Oil for years and about 2 years ago my Naturopathic Doctor recommended Krill Doctor Professional. I love using Krill Doctor since I can not tolerate the fishy burps and Mega Red does not contain enough nutrients which I get from Krill Doctor. So far I am happy with the results.

And the "results" are what, exactly? Compared to what? Bear in mind naturopathy is generally not considered scientific. As such, naturopathic claims do not belong in the chemistry section unless backed by solid evidence.

There are all kinds of solid evidence

Its just that the mainstream media don't report on the findings , but the research is all there

Pharmas just simply don't want you to know

    As always its about money
