Is russian oil/gas to Europe payed for in dollars (Euros or rubbles) Also I know they have to provide a certain amound to each country (contract) what happens if that country doesn't need the minimum and what happens if Russia can not deliver the minimum amound, also when is the gas delivered? When it leaves Russia or when it arrivés in the country?

is paid in dollars, which is great when ruble is weak. Russia has and always been a trustworthy partner in gas delivery. Gazprom can attest to the quality of service it provides and will continue to provide to its European customers. Unfortunately country like Ukraine is currently illegally stealing the gas during its transit to European market. For this reason the South Project was commenced, a project that USA has invested millions to halt.

Can you expand on that for I don't understand why America would prevent any project from continuing on. If America already invested that much money why should the project stop just because America won't pay for it Russia sure could and if it couldn't why not?

I've heard that also I find it odd why does Russia not provide additional measaring stations they are in a priviliged position to do so. Even if the Ukraine crisis was unforseen gas disputes between the countries have been going on since 1992 clearly someone could have figured out a way to measure how much oil enters Ukraine and how much leaves Ukraine by now and would have made the situation more transparant something that Ukraine needs. something that Russia needs something that Europe needs

    the
Except when Russia hasn’t been a “trustworthy” partner, yeah, I am sure Gazprom says it’s great. That doesn’t surprise me at all. You should ask Russia’s customers and vendors the same question. I am sure you would get a very different answer.

And do you have any proof Ukraine is stealing Russian oil or natural gas? No you don’t you are just mindlessly repeating Putin’s propaganda. And what is the “South Project” exactly? Is it Russian invasion and annexation of Ukrainian lands?

If the Ukraine is stealing the gas from Russia , all that Russia needs to do is close the valve to the pipeline to the Ukraine.

It can't do that because the North pipeline is already at its maximum, bypassing proNATO counties like Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia. And the South Project has been stalled thanks to USA that is doing everything by bribing officials in Serbia. Russia has a contract to supply gas to European market and will adhere to such contract without delay in service, closing the valve in Ukraine will ultimately cause the transit gas through that country to halt. Even though Ukraine owes Russia billions of dollars of unpaid gas, Russia still has to rely on transitioning the gas through Ukraine.

USA current priority is to do everything in its power to halt the South pipeline project by GazProm, thus forcing Russia to adhere to its unreliable not-paying and untrostworthy transit partner, the Ukraine (which ironically is pulled strings by the USA).

You have any EVIDENCE to support your assertions? No you don't, because none exists. The US doesn't care about Russian pipelines in Ukraine or anywhere else for that matter.

joepistole im not interested in starting yet another countless war with you.

Stroytransgaz is one of the companies US has targeted at disrupting the construction of South Stream project in Serbia:

well I've got part of my answer thank you. PS a interesting tit bit all the gas going to Kalinigrad (Russia) has to pass trough the baltic states

An obvious fault in the system, the Baltic states must be cut off from the gas entirely. I propose making an extension from Nord Stream to Kaliningrad, of course that would mean immense technological advancement. Also Germany must be given specific terms on not to resell gas to Poland by any means. All of these countries must be cut off from gas entirely: Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.

Nordstream pipeline exists (this map is a bit old)

The real reason US got into Ukraine Mandane financing is because of the
America does not want to loose its strategic partners in Europe to Russia. The construction of South Stream project would allow to divide Europe political parties dependancy on energy and would allow Gazprom to have more control over prices and political influence of those loyal to Moscow agendas. Since discovering these plans USA has invested billions into distabilizing the Yanukovich regime and overthrowing the president and putting in their own sponsored Roshen king president. Furthermore there is all talk about USA building a transatlantic pipeline to Europe, a project that if Canada joins in, they could rip off big bucks and also halt Russian energy influence to Europe. So far USA has succeeded in distabilizing Ukraine, but the question will remain if it can bribe enough officials in Serbia to halt the South Stream Project.

    Here is a updated example,
also why would Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, be disconnected they pay their bills and they have constracts. Apart from that a mayor part of the baltic population is of Russian descend + the half a million actual Russians who live in kalinigrad. This would not be a wise move, in terms of portraying a image of reliable supplier that + I can imagen it would isolate people in kalinigrad even more from Russia then they already are. other nasty stuff that would cripple Russia would be that the baltics could connect with Finland, poland and ultimatly Norway connecting them with the rest of Europe. These plans have allready been made (see link) all they need is a excuse from Russia, then again the money 2.27 billion EU funds between 2014-2020 means this will probably happen regardless of what Russia does. (read the conclussions on the link)
As for the trans atlantic pipeline I doubt it will ever be constructed

Lol, and where is the credible evidence to support your assertions? You have none, because none exists. American troops are not fighting in Ukraine. American troops didn't invade Ukraine, occupy and annex a Ukrainian province.

once again proving your meglomania. any country which has a problem with being threatened by russia must be punished for refusing to surrender :

: there is no way russia could last with the terms your proposing its economy is to weak. your essentially saying you want russia to demand other countries be complicient in russi hurting itself. russia can't afford to lose any custumers its economy is based on selling its natural resources. plus russia provides very little exports to ploland as has been explained to you in the past.

All of those 4 countries have been constantly involved in suppressing the Russian populace within their own country and allowing NATO forces to base their and US alliance troops and militia. Furthermore the persecution of Russian businesses in those countries as well as suppression of pro-Russian political groups further spells the anti-Russian stance of these 4 countries. All in all, an economical and energy blockade must be initiated against them. Russia is on its way to switching its major gas customer to China via the Siberian pipeline and has secured a 30 year contract, with this power in hand, Russia can suppress the countries that act against it and help its friends in Europe who did not support the US led sanction apartheid on Russia.

The cold freezing gasless winter of Ukraine is nearing and Poroshenko will no longer be able to hide like the little girl that Klichko is, hiding behind afraid to get hurt by Shannon Briggs. What a wuss.

That is not really fair is it Both Estonia and Latvia are located next to the pskob oblast with a PPP of 9,877 (dollars) estonias is 19,569 meaning if you ignore St Petersburg, those baltic Russians make more money then their russian equavalents also alcoholism/drug abuse and murders are lower in the baltic (sources below) they also live longer and have a wider acces to free media then the average russkie. (case in point they do stick around there)

Is this abouth the pasport thing again their systems are perhaps flawed but it's a difficult situation and it works?
Also this is suppost to be abouth economics but it's drifting of to politics

I haven't seen any credible evidence of poland supressing russians. though I take your claim especially as expecially dubious given you would call trying to prevent russians agitating for a russian takeover as supression. as for the the baltic states I haven't really looked. but any alleged supression comes from a desire to protect them selves from russian aggression which seeming like you believes any nation bordering russia must esclusively tie its self to russia.
might that not have something to to do with the brutal communist reign of terror that raped these countries of their natural resources and supressed the native populations? they aren't trusted and aren't wanted yet you think russians have a right to freely beallowed to acheive dominace in countries that they previous attacked. you want to be treated with respect and with out suspicion quit threating the countries around you.
so you think acts of war against nato countries is a wise choice. Russia would lose any war against nato.
you mean russia will continue to attack countries its pissed got away from it at the fall of communism. a china is building up its own energy reserves. that 30 year contract is worthless. come 30 years china will be far more energy dependent and than since it will have shown its self for the country of crime it its and completely untrustworthy europe won't deal with them and than where is russia's economy we it can't prop up its weak economy with energy money.

so good night comrade sociopath eventually you'll need to quit blaming other countries that have issue with your motherlands love affair with threatening everybody around them read their nukes aimed at civilian targets. you and your country will eventualy have to grow up and accept responsibility for your actions

So you are comparing the main country to a little provincial town? that is not too fair.

But since you went into the comparisons, let us compare Russia vs Estonia.

    Estonia HIV/AIDS rate: 1.2% vs Russia 1.0%.
Estonia Health expenditure 6% vs Russia 6.2%.
Population below poverty line: Estonia 17.5% vs Russia 11%.
Unemployment rate: Estonia 10.9% vs 5.8% for Russia.

"oh you made it up youreyes, show me proof", says joepistole and etc. war heroes, here: http://www.indexmundi.com/factbook/compare/russia.estonia

First of all Russia is pursuing a peacekeeping agenda and has suppressed numerous wars that could have broken up had USA gotten what it came for. Thanksfully Syria has been prevented from being bombed and so is Ukraine being saved from genocide of Russian populace. Putin has and will pursue a peacekeeper agenda and no CNN/BBC media report is going to falsify this truth.

Russia does not want war w/ NATO. What Russia does want is NATO to keep distance from its borders and stop making new bases all around its territory. For every action there is equal and opposite reaction. Just as the Western sanctions imposed on Russia, Russia has mirrowed those sanctions likewise. NATO should wisen up and keep its money raising agendas using evil-Russians as scapegoat motto down lower or there will be consequences.
