    Primary battery technology
Solve the aluminum from the reaction. Alkaline batteries can be made of aluminum.
I'm looking for battery manufacturers, to test
I want to contact the battery manufacturer in Japan, did not find the contact details

Sounds like a good option for car batteries.
    What are the problems?

One of the biggest is recharge. The AL won't plate out properly. This idea is limited to primary cells only.

    I have not found
My English is not good, many do not understand.
I inhibitor is not a simple method, the membrane is not isolated.

My method: electrolyte reaction, to complement the current aluminum, should be with other people in different ways.

Yes, a new battery would have to be fitted every time the battery discharged.
Then the battery would need to be swapped, and the old battery reprocessed.
    It could still be viable.
I wonder what weight of aluminium would be required to drive a car 300 miles?

I think that it's not far off weight for weight of petrol.

Not the same as with traditional batteries. The reaction between the electrolyte, electrode discharge loss can be compensated.
    Is to reduce electrode consumption.
Proximity principle of cathodic protection, but I use the electrolyte
Electrolyte depletion is very slow, much slower in my tests than the electrode consumption.
