Very well. Our first delicacy is from Cambodia and is called A-ping or fried tarantula spiders. Enough said. They eat it as a snack or fry it as a stir-fry. I tried Dragon Fruit for the first time in my life just a few weeks ago and those funny looking things are actually very tasty. Somewhere between a Kiwi Fruit and melon, at least this variety.
