ALL Commercial Flights must have a Flight Plan filed for each sector it intends to transit before it is cleared for take off. Indianapolis never had a flight plan for American Airlines Flight 77.

Are you of the delusion that flight numbers are assigned to specific aircraft(or vice verse)? They aren't, flight numbers refer to ROUTES, not which aircraft fly that route. You could fly that route several times a week on several different tail numbers. Airline companies often send the same plane on the same route, but that is not always true as the planes are rotated for maintenance and to control flight hours of the fleet as well. The flight left Dulles EVERY DAY, but not always on the same tail number. You know nothing about air travel other than what you learn in your obsessive feverish search of Troother sites, and most of that is just wrong.
